MATERIAL:
This armchair is lined with nubuck-type fabric.
The rear of the armchair’s back, is lined with synthetic leather (PU leather) of high quality and exceptional durability. Synthetic leather is the evolution of leatherette.
Its main characteristic is that it is very difficult to tell the difference between that and real leather. The composition of the synthetic leather is basically polyurethane and microfibers of polyamide, which allow it to “breathe”.
The frame of this armchair is made of wood. As a result, its weight and wear resistance is impeccable and that makes it time resistant as well!
The legs are also made of wood and their extremities are equipped with plastic plugs for the best protection of any kind of floor.
The seat and back of the armchair are padded with foam which is really comfortable for long hours of use.
MAINTENANCE:
The wooden frame does not require any special care. Just a sweep with a wet cloth will be enough. Synthetic fabric does not have the sensitivities of other types of upholstery,
so, in turn, it does not create any problems in its maintenance and cleaning. A wipe with a damp cloth is usually sufficient for proper cleaning. It is advisable to avoid bleaching this kind of fabric.
The PU leather at the rear of the armchair’s back is very easy to clean because it does not wear out easily, it does not “wrinkle” and its colour is not affected by solar radiation.
Just a gentle stroke with a wet cloth will be enough. In case there is a stain hard to remove with a wet cloth, it is advisable to use a mild and neutral detergent.
