Material Information:
- Chipboard: Chipboard, also known as particle board, is a composite wood material manufactured from small wood chips, typically pine or fir, bonded together under high pressure and temperature using resins. Widely used in furniture construction, interior surfaces, and structural applications. It is made from recycled materials and is resistant to warping, abrasion, and other natural wear.
- Low Pressure Melamine (LPB): Low-pressure melamine (LPB) is a synthetic material widely used in surface finishing of chipboard in furniture and surface construction due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates such as MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or OSB (Oriented Strand Board) to produce resilient surfaces.
Maintenance Instructions:
- Chipboard: For cleaning chipboard, you can use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive water usage and keep the surface dry after cleaning.
- Melamine (LPB): To remove stains from the surface, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from water.
