The legs are made of reinforced metal to be able to withstand the weight of the 2.5 cm solid wood surface.
The tabletop is made of natural solid acacia wood and each one is unique due to the unevenness of the tree trunks. When we refer to solid wood, we mean wood made entirely from the trunk of a tree. Solid wood is the most expensive choice in terms of wood but stands out for its timeless aesthetics.
Info: Acacia is a native species of North America and was introduced to Europe around the 17th century. It is a medium-sized deciduous tree, 20-25 meters tall, and blooms in the Spring from April to May. There are about 1,300 species of acacia and in Greece very few of them thrive. Its characteristic is that it grows in loose, deep, and fresh soils, but its adaptability is excellent, and it can “take hold” even in very poor and dry soils. It is a beautiful tree and thanks to its ease of growth and its resistance to pruning, it has earned its place in parks as an ornamental tree.
