Material Information:

• MDF (Medium-density fibreboard): MDF is a derivative of wood made by compressing wood fibers with resins (glues). It is denser than chipboard and resistant to wear. Additionally, it does not absorb moisture.

• Metal: Widely used in furniture construction, metal offers several advantages over other materials. It is highly resistant to wear and tear, making it ideal for furniture intended for daily use in demanding environments. It maintains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity in furniture. In addition to the mentioned properties, metal can also have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or conductivity (lead).

Maintenance Instructions:

• MDF: Use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe off any liquids immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals, as they may damage the MDF.

• Metal: For indoor metal furniture, dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth at regular intervals is the recommended choice. However, for outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
  1. For extended protection, apply a protective cream to your metal furniture, readily available from commercial stores.
  2. If your furniture is processed and painted with the powder-coating method, it is very durable and easy to clean with a damp cloth.
  3. If your metal furniture does not have powder coating, you should take extra care and keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover them with special covers and, during the winter, place them indoors if possible.
  4. If you notice rust, remove it with oil and then apply anti-corrosive varnish before painting the surface with rust-resistant paint.
