The ECT643BX hob is a glass ceramic hob from Gorenje, designed for efficient and stylish cooking. It has four electric cooking zones, including an oval zone (FishZone) which is ideal for larger pots. The StayWarm and timer functions ensure that food maintains its temperature and you can schedule cooking according to your needs. The installation is easy, while its dimensions are 60 ? 5.4 ? 52.5 cm for the perfect fit in the kitchen.

– Time Assist: No more watching the clock or wondering when you started preparing the meal. The TimeAssist function does it for you.
– FishZone: When activated, the traditional round cooking zone is transformed into a larger, oval surface that is particularly suitable for larger pots.
– IQBoil: Ideal choice for dishes that require a large amount of water, such as soups and pasta. IQboil will bring the contents of the pot to a boil and then keep the temperature constant. You can choose between light, medium and strong boiling.
– IQSimmer: IQSimmer offers a simple way to prepare dishes that require more time, with slow pre-heating and continuous low temperature.
– IQGrill: IQGrill makes grilling simple, even with very little or no oil. It offers four cooking levels and prevents burning.
– Timer: The countdown timer can be set for up to 99 minutes. If the optimal cooking time for a certain dish is known from your experience, the timer can be set and the hob will automatically turn off when it is done. A beep will alert you that the food is ready.
– Delete function: Cancel with a single press
– PowerBoost: The PowerBoost function provides huge amounts of heat, significantly reducing cooking time and energy. For example, it takes less than 6′ to boil a pot with 2 liters of water from 15 ?C to 90 ?C, which is half the time of normal electric stoves.
