Material information:
- Metal: Metal is widely used in furniture making, offering a number of advantages over other materials. It is extremely wear-resistant, ideal for furniture intended for daily use in a demanding environment. It maintains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity to the furniture. In addition to the properties mentioned above, the metal may have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial activity (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).
- Beech Wood: Beech wood comes from the beech tree, a deciduous tree native to Europe and Asia. It is one of the most common hardwoods in Europe and is valued for its hardness, durability and beauty. It has a light brown to cream color with a fine, uniform texture. It has tight pores and minimal visible water, giving it a clean, sleek look. Beech wood is also very hard and durable, making it a good choice for furniture and flooring that will stand up to heavy use. Beech wood is easy to cut, shape and finish, making it ideal for furniture and other construction.
- MDF: MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a wood derivative. For its production, resins (glues) are used to weld the wood fibers which are compressed with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and durable. It also does not absorb any moisture.
- PP : Polypropylene (PP), is a thermoplastic material widely used in many fields due to its excellent properties. Although it is lightweight, it has high impact resistance, making it suitable for applications that require shock and abrasion resistance. It maintains its properties even under the influence of humidity, making it suitable for applications in environments with high humidity.
- Pu: PU is imitation leather and usually refers to the polymer Polyurethane (Polyurethane), a material widely used in many fields due to its excellent properties. It has satisfactory durability, is easy to clean, is waterproof, does not deform and is environmentally friendly.
Maintenance instructions:
- Metal: If it’s any indoor metal, a regular dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth is the way to go.
- Beech wood: Use a soft cloth slightly dampened with water and a mild detergent to remove dust and stains from the surface of the wood. To preserve the natural beauty of the wood and protect it from moisture and wear, you can use special finishing products, such as oils or waxes, which will enhance the protection and durability of the wood.
- MDF: To clean it use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface well with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe up any liquids immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals as they may damage the MDF.
- PP: For daily cleaning of polypropylene, use a soft cloth or sponge, lightly dampened with mild detergent and warm water. Spread the cloth over its surface and clean by applying light pressure.
- PU: Use a soft cloth to remove any dust from the surface. For stains use warm water and mild soap and wipe the area. Always dry the surface afterwards with a dry cloth to avoid water marks.
