ΗΜ8217.11 Side table—– The ΗΜ8217.11 side table is a special piece in the decoration of your living room with influences from the industrial design. The wood is in its natural color but also in its natural state, i.e. a solid piece of the trunk of the tree in the shape of an inverted cone. This cone rests on a relatively tall circular base which becomes a “cross” at the bottom.

The inverted cone is made of natural solid acacia wood and each one is unique due to the unevenness of the tree trunks. When we refer to solid wood, we mean wood made entirely from the trunk of a tree. Solid wood is the most expensive choice in terms of wood but stands out for its timeless aesthetics.
Info: Acacia is a native species of North America and was introduced to Europe around the 17th century. It is a medium-sized deciduous tree, 20-25 meters tall, and blooms in the Spring from April to May. There are about 1,300 species of acacia and in Greece very few of them thrive. Its characteristic is that it grows in loose, deep, and fresh soils, but its adaptability is excellent, and it can “take hold” even in very poor and dry soils. It is a beautiful tree and thanks to its ease of growth and its resistance to pruning, it has earned its place in parks as an ornamental tree.

During the production process, existing cracks are smoothed and stabilized with material made from the same wood. Therefore, there may be color variations and differences in product dimensions due to the dimensions of the treated wood. These are not a product defect.

A swipe with a damp cloth is enough, and if there are stains a swipe with a gentle spray from the many available on the market. In general, even in the case of stains, the secret is quick cleaning before the wood absorbs the stain.
