Material Information:
- MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard): MDF is a wood derivative. It is produced by bonding wood fibers with resins (glues) which are compressed with special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and has superior strength. Additionally, it does not absorb moisture.
- Pu – Leatherette / Leatherette (Upholstery): PU is a leather imitation and usually refers to the polyurethane polymer (Polyurethane), a material that is widely used in many fields due to its excellent properties. It has satisfactory resistance, is easy to clean, is waterproof, does not deform and is environmentally friendly.
Maintenance Instructions:
- MDF: To clean, use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe off any liquids immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals, as they may damage the MDF.
- PU Leatherette: Use a soft cloth to remove any dust from the surface. For stains, use lukewarm water and mild soap and wipe the area. Always dry the surface afterwards with a dry cloth to avoid water marks.
