The headboard is high and upholstered with velvet quilted pillows that are attached to the headboard (non-detachable) while the entire bed lining is made of velvet fabric.
In short…: Quilted is a type of fabric or a sewing technique where the seams form various patterns, folds, or bumps. In quilts, the fabric looks like “inflatable” that is held by the seams which “sink” the fabric. So, in the quilts, you can see many separate small inflatable bumps. These knobs can be rhombuses, squares, stripes, and many other designs. The purpose of this style is to break the monotony by creating different patterns in the fabric. This improves the overall image of the object and gives a sense of luxury and detail in the design.
The dusty pink color throughout the bed is smooth and can be combined with a variety of decorative patterns. CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The frame of the bed is made of MDF, which makes the bed extremely sturdy and durable, thanks to its reinforced construction. MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is a modern material with the basic characteristics of absorbing minimal moisture, having homogeneity in its mass, satisfactory mechanical properties, excellent smoothness and many processing capabilities.
The upholstery is made entirely of velvet fabric, giving an attractive look and a sophisticated charm to the bedroom decoration. Velvet is a fabric that is soft, relaxed, delightful, and refined. In the past it was made mainly from silk fibers and in fact with a very special treatment, which required a lot of time and a special loom. Fortunately, today things have changed, and this wonderful fabric is affordable for everyone.
The legs are made of reinforced polypropylene. Polypropylene is particularly resistant to weight and water, while it has great resistance to temperatures up to 125 degrees Celsius. Also, its durability is not limited to weight, water, and temperature but it is unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, acids, and bases.
MAINTENANCE:
Use your vacuum cleaner with the soft bristle attachment and gently clean the plush. If there is a stain slightly wet a cloth and very gently rub the stain without applying pressure because it will soak even deeper. For tough stains, use a little dishwashing detergent in the same way. The most important thing is to dry the velvet immediately afterwards with a dry towel. In general, it’s a good idea to regularly brush anything plush you have, with a special plush brush, to keep it smooth and soft.
