Shipping Methods
There are the following ways of delivering the products:
Shipping by Shipping company:
You can receive your order directly at the address you have indicated via a partner transport company. All orders are delivered curbside, the system will automatically calculate and charge you the corresponding cost for this. If you wish your order to be delivered to your home or to your floor then there will be an extra charge for this service. You should contact the shipping company that has received your order (if it has arrived at your local agency) to discuss whether this is possible and the extra charge.
The respective transport company is responsible for the day and time of delivery. If you wish to pick up on a specific day and time, you should contact the transport company to make an appointment, if possible.
Any incorrect entry of shipping details by the customer and consequently incorrect calculation of shipping costs, this is not borne by the company but by the customer.
Outside a capital or urban area (eg a village, town or remote area) which is not given to you as a delivery option through our system, then you will have to go to the agency and collect your order yourself. The same applies to the islands. In case you still want your order to be delivered to the address you stated, you should contact the transport company that has received your order and agree on whether this is possible and the extra charge.
For prefectures where the shipping companies do not have an agency as a pick-up point, the respective shipping company will contact you to agree on the point where the appointment will be made to make the delivery.
Important update:
Once you receive your order you should carefully check all packages for any obvious defects. If, at the time of receipt, you find that a parcel delivered to you by the transport company is not in good condition, you should either proceed with a refusal of receipt or sign the receipt “with reservations” and contact us immediately.
Since after receipt the risk passes to the customer, you must check the products as your signature upon receipt confirms that you received your order “correctly”.
Shipping by Courier company:
Courier shipping is a fast and secure way to get your products delivered directly to your door with the best possible service.
The service is available for Courier serviceable codes based on their volumetric characteristics.
The cooperating courier company is Courier Center.
Pickup from stores – pick-up points:
Receiving goods from our company’s warehouses is a simple and immediate process. Once the goods are ready you will be notified to go to the location and collect them. Our team will be on hand to serve you, ensuring that your products are received quickly and hassle-free.
The pickup points are:
- Nea Kallikrateia Halkidiki (1st km Nea Kallikrateia – Agios Pavlos) and collection hours Monday – Saturday 10.00 am – 5.00 pm.
- Petrou Syndika 61, Analipsi, Thessaloniki (strictly by appointment)
In this case, you assume responsibility for the safety of the products and our company bears no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transport.
Delivery to a transport company of your choice in Thessaloniki:
If you choose to have your order delivered to an agency of your choice, our company undertakes the transport there and charges you only for the corresponding cost. The cost of transportation from the agency to your place is agreed and paid by you to the agency of your choice.
In this case, you and the transport company of your choice assume responsibility for the safety of the products and our company bears no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transport.
When placing your order, you will be asked to indicate the name of the carrier you wish to be delivered to and its phone number.
In case of incorrect or insufficient information entered by the customer, the order will be delivered to a random partner carrier with the resulting shipping costs borne entirely by the customer.
Delivery time:
Our company is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to its fault or due to circumstances of force majeure e.g. supplier problems, strikes, transport restrictions, pandemic, acts of terrorism, war, extreme weather, natural disasters, etc.
